Announcing a New Focus for a New Year

The month of January is a great time to celebrate new beginnings – whether it is starting an exercise program, improving your diet, or pursuing other new year’s resolutions.

If you followed our blog last year, you know we have a deep interest and concern with health and wellness. Whether it is through a good diet, physical activity or a focus on mental health, we strongly believe the lifestyle choices you make can have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.

Last year was a banner year for our company. Along with launching two specially sourced organic matcha and acai powders to join an array of healthy food and drink items on our shopping page, we also participated in several events with small businesses to demonstrate how easy it is to incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine.

Not only were they well-received by the community, we were also honored to receive an award from Hong Kong Living magazine for our efforts!

Building on the interest and momentum that we achieved last year, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new corporate wellness program – one that will help us impact more people here in Hong Kong, and throughout Asia.

A Worthwhile Investment

While many people decide to pursue their new year’s resolutions on their own, the reality is many have difficulty following through on their wish list with some abandoning their efforts as early as February!

We’re firm believers that there is strength in numbers and have seen first-hand at our local events how a sense of community and shared purpose can inspire people to discover new routines together to improve their lives.

Our new program is being offered in-person as well as online and is being led by a group of ambassadors and facilitators who have expertise in nutrition, meditation, psychotherapy and coaching. They are also avid participants in various activities to further demonstrate their concern with the mind, body and soul.

Instead of using an impersonal, cookie cutter approach, we’ll take the time to learn more about your business, workforce and culture to develop a personalized program – one that not only resonates with your staff but also provides long-lasting results.

Whether your company is large or small, prioritizing the health and wellbeing of your employees not only makes common sense but also business sense as a recent Forbes article highlighted.

A good program can result in many benefits, including:

  • Improved morale and engagement

  • Strong employee retention

  • Reduced absenteeism

  • Lower health care costs

So, if you are striving to be a best-in-class organization and separate yourself from the competition, isn’t it time you make an investment in your most valuable asset – your people?
